A day in a Bank.....

The better part of my day today went for searching an ATM where i can withdraw some money.
When you are out of cash and you feel confident that you have a Debit Card so there will be no problem.then you may be wrong sometimes.
So keep some amount with you in the most liquid form i.e CASH.
Now you want a demand draft for any purpose and you walk into a Bank (PSUs).
If you are in a metro then probably the transformation of banks work environment can be noticed but not in this part of the world.
First thing you will look for a form to deposit the Cash but hey where is the form?
You will ask the person feeling sleepy behind the computer screen and he will say "peeche jaake poochiye.".
If you are really lucky you will get the form and the issue is over, but hey even that person doesn't know where is the form because he is not responsible to take care of these issues.
Then you will get angry and say"aakhir kisko pata hai ki form kaha hai?".The person will reply"Bank me account hai?".
You-:"nahi hai."
The Person-:"Jao phir nahi banega."
You-:"kyon nahi banega aisa to koi rule nahi hai ki jiska account na ho uska DD nahi banega."
The Person-:"Mujhe kanoon na samjhao.bola na nahi banega".
Now you move towards the branch manager's Cabin.
You-:"Sir,the person is saying that i can't get a Demand Draft since i don't have the account over here."
Manager-:"kitne ka draft banwana hai ?"
You-:" Sir, Rs.1000."
Manager-:"Unse jaake kaho manager saab ne bola hai wo form de denge."
You-:"Thank you ,Sir"
Now you are a rebel who has crossed the line. You have challenged the authority of the person.
You go back to see that he is not on his chair.
wait..wait...
He comes and you are going to ask him about the form.
But you hear a nice reply."Form khatam ho gaya hai kal aana."
