Whenever we speak to ourselves we try to devise a plan to tackle with ourselves, our faults , our qualities and many other things. We make a certain assumption about ourselves which is either superior or inferior from our real being. So in the process of identification of our abilities we sometimes underestimate and sometimes overestimate.
To find the real person in us what should we do?
This gives two options to us one is doing what others think is good for us or doing what we think is good for us or what we would like to do.Now here comes the importance of our thought process. If we have so many negative feelings instilled within us we would like to do the same because our mind will drive us towards those things.
As it has been said in Rigveda "Let noble thoughts come to us from every side." we should also try to do the same.In this harsh and tough day to day life many a times we feel low but rather than emphasizing on those problems we should try to think about other good things which we like and which makes us feel better.
"Whatever we achieve remains for a smaller time but these bits and pieces of daily life completes our life in the actual sense."
In order to make full use yourself we should enjoy the small intervals of life by doing the best that you can do with that interval of time. The more you will get engaged with yourself in a constructive manner the you will come to know bout yourself.
